Language Proficiency:
Must have excellent spoken and written English skills, as all teaching and communication are conducted in English.
Education:
Postgraduate medical specialist qualification required.
PhD in a relevant medical field is mandatory.
Licensing & Registration:
Must hold a valid home-country license to practice.
Must be eligible for registration and licensing as a specialist physician in Uzbekistan.
Clinical & Teaching Experience:
Minimum 7 years of medical practice post-specialist qualification.
Must have formal teaching experience at the postgraduate level.
Research & Publications:
A research track record is desirable.
Preference given to candidates with publications in rated journals and experience in securing research grants.
The Clinical Professor at Central Asian University plays a dual academic and clinical role, reporting to the Dean of the Medical School and the University Hospital Director.
Responsibilities include teaching and mentoring medical students (Years 1–6), developing course materials, delivering lectures and clinical sessions, and participating in assessments.
The role also involves curriculum development, use of modern educational tools, and maintaining academic records.
Administratively, the professor supports academic leadership, contributes to university committees, ensures compliance with institutional policies, and mentors students.
