Education:
Full-time Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy
Qatar University degree preferred.
Licensing:
Must hold a valid home-country license to practice.
Must be eligible for registration and licensing in the State of Qatar.
Essential Experience:
3+ Years in inventory management of pharmaceutical purchasing
The Staff Pharmacist plays a central role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care across patient services, operations, and quality assurance in a hospital setting.
Acting as the main pharmacist for daily services, they ensure the safe, effective use of medications, contribute to multidisciplinary care, and may deputize for the Pharmacy Supervisor in their absence.
The role demands advanced clinical judgment, adherence to regulations, and active participation in patient safety, education, and continuous improvement efforts.
