GM Recruiting seeking an experienced MMUP/UPDA certified Engineering Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale healthcare infrastructure projects. This position is ideal for a senior professional with a strong background in engineering and proven experience managing hospital and medical facility construction projects.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 15 years of post-graduate experience in project management, with a strong focus on healthcare facility construction

Prior experience working with contractors, design consultants, or project management firms on healthcare-related developments
-
Solid knowledge of the healthcare construction lifecycle, including design coordination, site supervision, and regulatory compliance
-
Demonstrated experience in tender management

Proficiency in progress tracking, billing processes, and BoQ preparation

Strong background in contract administration and managing multiple project stakeholders

Professional membership in PMI, MICE, RICS, CIOB, CIBSE, IEI, or equivalent
-
MMUP certification is mandatory

Earn a Tax-Free Monthly Salary From 25,000 up to 28,000 QAR
The all-inclusive monthly total salary is structured as follows:
