GM Recruiting is actively seeking a highly qualified Certified ISO Lead Auditor, Engineering QA/QC professional to join one of our leading clients in the healthcare infrastructure sector. This role requires a senior-level expert in quality assurance and control, with significant experience managing QA/QC programs within complex construction environments across the Middle East.
Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a Senior QA/QC Manager with a strong technical foundation and proven leadership in quality management systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in overseeing QA/QC functions on large-scale construction projects—particularly in healthcare—and will demonstrate the ability to uphold international standards, drive compliance, and lead audits effectively across multi-disciplinary teams.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline.
Certified ISO Lead Auditor.
15+ years of experience in QA/QC management within the construction industry. Exposure to projects in the Middle East.
Previous experience in healthcare construction projects is highly desirable.
Comprehensive knowledge of Healthcare Codes and Standards, Construction Standards, ISO auditing, and QA/QC certification programs.
Strong track record of working in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural project environments.
In-depth understanding of Quality Management Systems and internationally recognized QA/QC standards.
Clear and confident communicator with a methodical, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
This role is critical in ensuring project delivery aligns with the highest levels of quality, safety, and compliance across all phases of construction.

Competitive Expat Opportunity | Open-Ended – Single or Family Contract
Earn a Tax-Free Monthly Salary From 25,000 up to 28,000 QAR
The all-inclusive monthly total salary is structured as follows:
- Basic Salary
