The all-inclusive monthly total salary of 24,875 QAR is structured as follows:

  • Basic Salary: 23,625 QAR

Minimum Requirements

Overseas Hiring:

Require only candidates currently outside of Qatar.

Education & Essential Experience:

Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare related field plus a Cancer / Tumor Registrar course AND

8 Years’ experience in a healthcare related field of which 3 years in Healthcare Data Management.

OR

Full-time Bachelor’s Degree plus an Internationally Certified Cancer / Tumor Registry course AND 

9 Years’ experience in Healthcare Data Management.

Knowledge of cancer data coding standards (ICD-O, SEER, AJCC, etc.) is required.

Specification

The Head of Clinical Data Management is responsible for the accurate abstraction, coding, and long-term follow-up of oncology-related clinical data.

This role supports cancer surveillance, research, quality improvement, and planning through meticulous data collection and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Abstract clinical and demographic data from medical records into specialized software, including patient history, diagnostics, treatments, outcomes, and follow-up
  • Perform re-abstracting and case-finding for special research or administrative projects
  • Assign appropriate diagnostic and procedural codes in line with classification systems such as ICD-O, SEER, AJCC, and FORDS
  • Review all data entries for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, following up on missing or unclear information as needed
  • Conduct lifetime follow-up on patients to track disease progression, treatment outcomes, and survival
  • Maintain comprehensive summaries of clinical histories, treatment journeys, and patient outcomes for internal databases and reporting purposes
