Minimum Requirements

Overseas Hiring:

Require only candidates currently outside of Qatar.

Bilingual candidates preferred (Arabic & English).

Education:

Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.

Licensing:

Must hold a valid home-country license to practice.

Must be eligible for registration and licensing in the State of Qatar.

Essential Requirements:

5 Years' experience in psychology assessment field out of which 1 year in performing supervisory activities.

The Psychology Supervisor is responsible for overseeing psychological assessment services within a multidisciplinary team.

This includes supervising staff performance, ensuring quality standards, and actively participating in clinical assessments and improvement initiatives.

The role contributes to the delivery of safe, ethical, and culturally sensitive mental health care in Qatar’s national healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision and support to psychology staff across assigned units
  • Coordinate and oversee psychological assessments, diagnosis, and documentation
  • Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and local regulatory standards
  • Assist with staff orientation, training, and professional development
  • Conduct case reviews and provide guidance on complex psychological evaluations
  • Participate in audits, service improvement planning, and interdepartmental coordination
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of psychological findings and recommendations
  • Maintain records and contribute to service quality initiatives
